Capacitor surge discharge tester (3000 volts, up to 20,000 amps)

The shock discharge tester is used to test electrical capacitors.
The system is an independent, microprocessor-controlled device. It can be operated manually and also via a serial interface (RS-232), so that special test sequences can also be carried out using a PC program.
The capacitor test specimens are charged by an adjustable DC voltage source of up to 3 kVolt.
After charging, the capacitors are short-circuited. Thyristors or ignitrons are used as switches for the surge current discharge. Peak discharge currents of up to 20 kA are possible.
The discharges are repeated periodically. Frequency and number of repetitions can be selected.
The peak value of the discharge currents is detected by a peak value storage amplifier.
The test voltage, frequency and number of discharges and other functions can be set manually using the keyboard or programmed via the serial interface.
Charging voltage, peak current, number of discharges are displayed digitally and can be read out via the serial interface.
A number of safety devices ensure accident prevention.

Compressor engine tester

The device automatically checks the resistance of the main and secondary windings, the current of the stopped motor, the peak starting current, the current of the running motor, insulation resistance, leakage current, voltage strength, motor temperature and compressor pressure. The operator’s activity is guided by the menu. The measurement data and test results are displayed on the screen. A test report is created automatically.

Mass flow and leakage measuring device

The device measures the flow rate of air. Workpieces or pneumatically operated elements that must be tight or have a certain leakage or passage can be checked with this device.
Two test prints can be set. The measurement takes place automatically first with the first and then with the second test pressure. The device displays both test pressures and flow.
Smallest measuring range: 0 … 1 standard liter/hour

Refrigeration circuit tester

Critical parts of cooling devices (evaporators, etc.) are checked according to standards for all prescribed properties, such as volume, flow, residual moisture. Computer controlled.
